Senior AI Product Engineer
Ship AI features that survive production: agentic workflows, document intelligence, and copilots with the evals, guardrails, and cost controls that make them dependable. You will work directly with client teams in healthcare, fintech, and data-heavy SaaS.

The work
What you will do
- Design and build production AI features — copilots, document pipelines, and agentic workflows — end to end
- Build evaluation suites that measure quality before launch and catch regressions after
- Engineer guardrails, fallback paths, and human-review workflows appropriate to each use case
- Instrument observability and cost controls so AI features stay fast and affordable at scale
- Work directly with client stakeholders on scoping, demos, and technical decisions
Requirements
What we need to see
- 5+ years shipping production software, with real AI/LLM features in production — not just prototypes
- Strong Python and comfort across a modern web stack (TypeScript, APIs, PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation and its failure modes
- Clear written English and reliable async working habits across time zones

- Experience with evaluation frameworks and LLM observability tooling
- Work in regulated or data-sensitive environments (healthcare, fintech)
- Voice interface or document-intelligence experience
